Kai To

There are two ferries here in DB. The main one is a big fast ferry and takes you to Central, the city centre on Hong Kong island. Then there is a small Kai To (no clue what it means yet) that takes you either around the peninsula to Mui Wo or to the island village of Peng Chau.  They are pretty much the same, but this is the Peng Chau one.

It is quite neat how the ferry captain just uses the engines to keep the ferry lined up and then you just walk on and off it. The only protection is the guy in the blue  tee shirt who watches to make sure everyone is fine and help if you need it. They are really great and very helpful, especially for people with strollers.
